Why do some tables have more grain variation then others?
Each type of hardwood has its own unique characteristics, consisting of color, grain, and texture to name a few. This gives hardwood a look and feel all its own. Even amongst the same type of wood, variations exist. Just like no two people are exactly alike, no two trees are exactly alike either. Therefore, no two pieces of wood will look exactly like one another with respect to coloration and grain variety. Because of this fact, the solid wood furniture displayed in our showrooms and on our website may not be identical to the items created for our customers.
